Repetier-Host Software Query

Howdy All,

Sorry to say that I am still awaiting my SumPod Aluminium Big but have been dipping my toe in the software waters and came across the Repetier-Host package.

I was just wondering if any owners of the SumPod Aluminiums have tried this package and what their experiences of it were.

More than likely this question is a bit early as it appears that the aforementioned product is only starting to be 'released into the wild.' Thought I would just ask in hope of some information that might ease my own inevitable teething problems.

Also a big thank-you to MikeMaat for taking the trouble to set up this alternative route of information for what I am sure will be an awesome product.

Yea, I dont think anyone has tried yet. I think the aluminums have just started showing up in the last few days.

No problem setting the forum up. Was hoping we could have somewhere to chat that wasn't down half the time.

I am using the Repetier-Host software with great success. No additional settings has to be changed to use it.

Which printer type do you use for the sumpod? I have an mdf one.
