As if this is actually the case - all numbers still on voicemail - no answer to emails and no machines delivered.

Hmmmmm, I have been waiting a few days shy of 1 full year for my parts!!! only partial shipments are received... This is frustrating.

Seems I'm lucky in that Richard still responds to my calls and texts but sadly only with excuses - the latest was that he couldn't deliver our printer on the day he specified as he was going to have surgery. Strange then that this conversation happened on a Wednesday night and he still despite going in to hospital was very sure i would receive a machine by the weekend meaning that he would be fit and well enough to both finish the machine and drive it to us in the 2 days after the surgery that he stated was the reason our machine was late. Must have been ingrowing toenail surgery... I am also a few days shy of my one year anniversary and after my last conversations and texts with Richard I expressed that there would be no more chances so he has now been reported to trading standards in Notts and I have logged a complaint to actionfraud.police.uk who have given me a crime number. My partner and I have been very patient until now but he is taking so many people for fools. Now showing immediate delivery available on his website i could not stand by and hope that he was just a poor business man any more. The Action fraud people were very helpful and said we had done all of the correct things. It was said that the more people who register with them the better, there is strength in numbers and there seem to be no shortage of people who are out of pocket here.

I think I fell for the 'woe is me, I'm a simple man, trying to make a living with a good idea'... then you realise he's nothing but a scam artist, a cheat, a thief, a liar... once he has your money he takes great delight in making you become a victim... maybe because he has always been a victim? I have no idea. But there are now 10 of us more than a little disgruntled (I should say he emailed me to say he has delivered a (yes, ONE) machine to a disgruntled customer)... I'm not entirely sure this is good reason for celebration, in fact it's worrying he was boasting about it!... call me old fashioned but a result is when you have satisfied 10 out of 10 disgruntled customers.

It seems that Richard liked my angry avatar more than I first thought! I have today received 3 boxes of bits that almost resemble the inner workings of a 3D printer Ikea style! So it turns out I am the one disgruntled (More than slightly ruffled i'd say) customer that has been held at bay...for now. I will post the photos of what I have received and you can all judge for yourself if what I have and what was advertised on the Sumpod website are two in the same thing. There are no available instructions and no pick list to check if all the bits are there. If you do get your machines I truly hope you have a degree in engineering and electronics and a PHD in how to build '1000 Ikea flat packs all muddled up with no instructions and a few bits added/missing' for good measure! We will keep you all posted on our progress and pass the images of what we have to the police and other agencies to update them that we have finally got something and see if their idea of a satisfactory delivery is anywhere near mine.

I am an engineer..I found the instructions less than complete on the sumpod site ... Most of all is the need to dis asemble parts to fit things like motors limit switches.. Guess you will need to download firmware from ( airtripper I think).. He also has a build guide.. Will look out a link for the assembly pdf file

Thank you Jason. My partner is particularly clever in this area also thankfully but any help would be greatly appreciated.
