Just a note of warning to anyone thinking of purchasing from this person/ business. We Purchased our printer last year - and at this moment in time still have neither a printer or or our money back. We did initially receive one after purchase however this should have been pre-built so we returned and eventually were sent a partially built device (although again not complete). We then returned the Printer at the start of December with the promise of a completed version being sent straight back to us. Since then, despite numerous empty promises we still have nothing. All numbers (both business and Richards home number) now go straight to answer machine and obviously he ignores all emails.
Fortunately for us we are a UK college so have no issues going through legal process and no doubt will be reimbursed but please to all private sellers whatever you do purchase a 3d printer somewhere else. I note Maplins sell one which you can collect in store or buy through ebay where you are protected.
As a final thought - what on earth would possess someone to run a business this way!
