Hello You should be able to find one on eBay. Could you post a photo of one of the rod. I have managed to get the firmware working on a Kossel printer so it is very similar. What kind of problem do you have?

Yes it was sticking a lot better .... Anyway now that the weather is a lot cooler I am back to normal printing. That Kossel printer that I got the other day is a lot better than my Sumpod and can print up to 30 cm hight and is perfect for printing big model rocket

Hello I have had troubles printing PLA this week. What is happening is the print start very well and after 2 or 3 layers it starts jamming. I suspect it is due to the hot weather (room temp is more than 30 celcius!!!) Has anybody experience the same?

I finally got another printer from Aliexpress and it did arrive. It is a Kossel and was a real bargin ($260 including postage) www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/6562649431.html?orderId=66417373609552However it is a delta like printer and I find it difficult to ajust all the firmware settings. To start with, whenever I move the Z axes, 2 motors only are moving

Unfortunatly I have never received that printer and I was given by the supplier someone else tracking number (I guess to prentend they sent it) so I am waiting for a refund from Aliexpress I hope nobody bought any printer from this supplier and if you have make sure you open a case with them Anyway I will buy another Delta printer (I found something very similar to the sumpod one) as soon as I get my refund so I should be able to contribute and share any photos of the build

Hi Demonic, Sadly I gave in, never got a reply from Richard regarding a replacement rod, or a user manual, or the firmware etc. I can see why everyone was digging at him online now, sadly wish this was spotted before purchase. I was missing part on the SUMPOD basic and I managed to get them on eBay

UPDATE: I opened Pronterface and connected. Then told it to move the +X a small amount. IT MOVED! Bad news, I now get the below error when trying to do anything : Extruder switched off. MAXTEMP triggered ! Error:Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting) [ERROR] Error:Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting) You should try Repetier host www.repetier.com/On the manual control tab you will be able to move your axis and turn on and off your extruder

I confirm that the teflon used for plumbing works well, the nozzle does not leak I have used it with PLA with temperatures between 170 -200°C during 3 hours
