Length Of Waiting For Order Fulfillment

Hi All,

Was just wanting an indication from those who have ordered a SumPod from either the website directly, or the Indigogo campaign, on the length of time they have had to wait for receipt of their item or whether they are still awaiting it.

I personally have now been waiting three months and three weeks and was wondering if this is normal.

Please refrain from venting any frustrations or dissatisfaction with the supplier as I am only wanting an indication of time frames for the ordering process and not to start a rant or flame war.

I ordered mine (sumpod basic) on 25 May. I was wishing I would get it for my birthday in the last week of June. I finally got it in middle of September.

I placed my original order for an MDF Big Kit at the end of March, accepted an upgrade to an Aluminium Big pre-built at the end of April, and took delivery of the printer mid-September.

Been waiting since June for the dual extruder aluminium big sumpod. I received a UPS tracker in September, then an interparcel tracking number in november, but that ran out today without shipping. Not heard of anyone getting the dual extruder model yet. :S
