Well what can I say! It's been 19 months now of ordering printer, it not arriving 3 months over time stated so asked for refund, got no refund so asked for printer. This has been going on and on for 19 months now. I served an intention to proceed with court action letter and gave one last chance to Richard to deliver unit which he said he would. Well 2 more tracking numbers that come to nothing and doesn't reply to emails again.
I yet again had work lined up for this printer and it fails to be despatched again!
If it goes to court I have no doubt he will just offer a pile of bits so my only option I can see is to sell the debt to a recovery company now and let them have their fee and go "collect" the money I am owed!
Very disappointed.

I was supposed to be in court this week but I've been ill so it will be next week. Richard has completely stopped answering any emails or letters so it's down to the courts now.

Sound bad. Have you already gone through small claim? Colin, have you won in court? I thought you cannot sell the debt unless it is proven in court first? Why is it that others seem to get theirs first?
