20 if flat approx 2.5 mm thick. 4 wont fit onto the end of the motor about .02 mm to small. Could possible be forced on but no change of getting it off it wrong. No thread just smooth. You need an Alen key to un-screw the little screw then you have to screw it on the axis enjoy new year

10 goes inside 1 and you have to make sure that your filament still moves. To be honest I do not really like the metal hotend, it does not work well with PLA

4 need to be screwed on the axes of the motor 18 goes into 12 12 and 11 should be fixed on 20 and all that goes on the motor and somehow you should fix both fan This is your extruder

You need to do the following Assemble 1 and 15 Then screw the shortest side of 15 into 2 Screw 3 into 2 6 is screwed on top of 1
8 should be on the side of 20 5 should be on one side of 20 20 is screwed on the steeper motor 4 is screwded on the axis of the steeper motor on number 2 you need to put the little cylinder and maintain it with one of the screw
Then take some pictures of what you have assembled Boris

Has anyone got a picture of a completed Delta model. I've managed to assemble the frame, the motors, all the electronics etc. But I can't attach the hot end to the carriage plate. Can anyone help?
Hi Show us a picture of your hotend, I have assembled quite a few so I might be able to help Boris

Christina That is the problem with Sumpod you don't seam to get a lot of documentation. I would suggest you ask them for the documentation. If you do not get anything try looking at those reprap delta printer reprap.org/wiki/RostockThey should be simillar to build. I am sure however that you will be able to get some help from this forum

I was wondering which nozzle size would be best to use with SUMPOD basic and 1.75 mm PLA.
